Welcome to October’s DesignOps Tour – hosted by Ataccama! An exclusive opportunity to dive deep into the world of organizational design, leadership in design, and DesignOps!

Design ceremonies are the backbone of successful product teams, but as teams grow and change, so must the rituals that bring them together. At this edition of DesignOps Tour, we’ll take you behind the scenes of two unique case studies that explore how design teams, both large and small, continuously evolve their processes to meet their needs.

After the presentations, there will be a moderated discussion to dive deeper into the key takeaways and lessons learned.
